The department of Physician Education recently presented the Best Educator Awards to recognize the exceptional educators and unit, who went above and beyond in fostering a learning environment for basic physician trainees at Alfred Health.
Congratulations to this year’s recipients:
• A/Prof. Belinda Miller – Educator of the year
• A/Prof. James Shaw – Short case tutor of the year
• Dr. Susanto Winata – Long case tutor of the year
• Medical Day Unit – Education unit of the year
"These individuals embody the dedication and passion that inspire the next generation of healthcare professionals and this recognition is a small thanks for heir tireless work," said A/Prof Anne Powell, Director of Physician Education.
